How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay a flat £89/month platform fee, plus 1.25p for each minute of audio you record. A typical 10-minute visit recording costs just 12.5p. You only pay for what you use.
Are carers really unlimited?
Yes! Unlike per-seat pricing, you can add as many carers as you need without increasing your base cost. Only recording time is charged.
How does the free trial work?
You get 300 free minutes of recording (~5 hours). No credit card required. Once you've used your free minutes, you can subscribe to continue.
When am I billed for usage?
Usage is billed monthly in arrears. At the end of each month, we calculate your total recording minutes and charge accordingly alongside your platform fee.
Is there a minimum recording length?
No minimum. We bill by the minute, so a 3-minute recording costs 3.75p. Short check-in visits are very affordable.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Record visits even in areas with poor signal. Your recordings sync automatically when you're back online.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalties. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
